Role summary
We're hiring our first dedicated product designer to help shape both the customer-facing dashboard and the marketing site — you'll work closely with engineering and the founders on everything from early concepts to shipped UI.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end flows for the customer dashboard, from wireframe through polished UI.
- Maintain and grow a lightweight design system shared across product and marketing.
- Run quick usability checks with real customers to validate design decisions.
- Partner directly with engineers during implementation, not just handing off a file.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing real shipped work.
- Strong craft in a modern design tool (Figma or equivalent).
- Comfortable designing for both Arabic (RTL) and English layouts.
- Bias toward shipping — this is a small team, not a place for months-long design cycles.
